Satan lies to us about the choices we make. Don*t believe him. He wants to confuse us. Don*t let him. He wants to make our choices complicated. Don*t let him. Satan wants us to make wrong choices. Don*t obey him. He wants us to trust him. Don*t do it. Trusting Satan is what we do when we do not trust the Lord. Do not make it complicated. Choose God. When men choose God He gives them everything they need. 2 Peter 1:3: According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:If men choose God they choose life. If they choose God they choose blessing. If they choose God they choose good. If they choose God they choose love. If they choose God they choose obedience. If they choose God they choose companionship with Him. If men reject God they choose death, a curse, evil, hatred, disobedience and loneliness. Deuteronomy 11:26-28: Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse; 27 A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you this day: 28 And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of the LORD your God, but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which ye have not known. Deuteronomy 30:15: See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil; Deuteronomy 30:19-20: I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: 20 That thou mayest love the LORD thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them. When things get complicated, come back to simplicity, trust the Lord. Our problem is not what we don*t understand. Our problem is always unbelief in God. Romans 14:23b: . . . for whatsoever is not of faith is sin. |
